Who operates POLARRIFT

Shane Kendall (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the POLARRIFT mobile game.

Information stored by the game

Scores, settings, unlocked and selected cosmetic items, streaks, gameplay statistics, and pending leaderboard submissions are stored on your device to support gameplay and progress recovery. POLARRIFT does not require a separate account operated by us.

Game Center

If you choose to use Apple Game Center, POLARRIFT submits eligible scores and achievement progress. Apple processes your Game Center identity and activity under Apple’s privacy terms. Clean, revived, and daily leaderboard submissions remain separate.

Advertising and consent

POLARRIFT uses Google Mobile Ads for a result-screen banner and an optional rewarded video that can grant one revive in an Endless run. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and advertising configuration, Google and its partners may process IP address, device identifiers, approximate location, advertising data, ad interactions, consent choices, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.

Where required, the app displays a consent message and an Ad Privacy Choices entry. Watching a rewarded ad is voluntary and is not required to use the game. Read Google’s privacy policy.

Notifications

If you enable the daily-streak reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. You can disable it in POLARRIFT Settings or iOS Settings. The reminder does not require a notification server operated by us.

Sharing

If you choose Share, the app creates a score card or replay video and opens the iOS share sheet. POLARRIFT does not automatically upload this content. Any destination you choose processes the shared content under its own terms.

Support communications

If you email us for support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain appropriate support records. Do not send passwords, Apple Account credentials, or payment information.

Children

POLARRIFT is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support communication, contact us so we can address the request.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on the device until the app or its stored data is removed. Game Center and advertising providers retain information according to their own policies. For questions or deletion requests involving information controlled by us, use the contact below.

Security and policy changes

We use measures appropriate to the limited information handled by the app, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change; this page will show the latest revision date.
